The artists will check-in at 10 am at the F6 Gallery Booth where they will pick up their site information.
The artists will be provided with a space of 10 x 20 (the size of a parking space) in the park.
The artists will be provided a table and chairs if needed, please provide information below.
The artists will provide whatever they need for their display setting, just remember the setting is in the parking spaces that face the park. It is a beautiful setting.
The artists will receive a "goody bag" valued over $100 worth of discounts or complimentary products and services from Retailers of Arlington Highlands.
This event is considered an Art Exibit, no pricing allowed, but you can certainly provide marketing materials, business cards, flyers, postcards.
F6 Gallery is charging an entry fee of $25, checks need to be made out to F6 Gallery and mailed to 2225 E Randol Mill Rd Suite 103, Arlington, Texas 76001, checks accepted until April 15th to hold a space for you. (Although we are nonprofit this amount will help pay for F6 operations). If you would like to use Paypal or credit cards your cost would be $30.
Entry fees are tax deductible, and can be used as donations, we can provide receipts.
F6 Gallery and Arlington Highlands will be advertising this event and hope to have over 5,000 attendees.
There will be a stage with live entertainment provided during the Arts Event. Please make sure someone is attending your own booth as we are not liable for theft or any destruction of your property.
No refunds available, but if event gets rained out another date will be set.
F6 Gallery or Arlington Highlands will not be held liable for any personal injury to self or art while on premisis, artist is responsible for their own insurance.
